General Info

SERVICE FOOTPRINT:  Our standard espresso bar requires 4 feet for the station.  Donut station requires an additional 4 feet, plus a side/back prep table.  Custom set-ups can be arranged for larger/smaller spaces.

POWER:  Espresso machine requires a dedicated 20 amp circuit (110 or 220 volt).  Power source should be within 20-30 feet of service area.

LOAD-IN:  We require load-in to be available 60 minutes prior to service time.  Early load-in will be an incremental cost.

DEPOSIT:  50% deposit is required to secure your event date.  Final payment must be received in full prior to service.

LOCATIONS SERVED:  Brew Ha Ha will travel to any event location.  Event locations further than 50 miles from Los Angeles or New York City will incur travel expenses.  

Health & Safety

COVID-19 COMPLIANCE: Brew Ha Ha puts your guests' health and our staff's health at utmost priority. We follow all CDC guidelines for COVID-19 compliance.


MASKS: All staff required to wear masks and we ask guests to wear masks to order a beverage from our staff.


HYGIENE: All staff required to frequently wash hands when soap/water is available; abundance of hand sanitizers provided to staff when handwashing station not available/nearby. Gloves are also provided to staff.


TEMPERATURE CHECKS: Taken for all staff morning of event and prior to starting service.


CLEANING & DISINFECTING SURFACES: Brew Ha Ha staff cleans and disinfects surfaces every 30 minutes and/or during appropriate breaks during event service.


SIGNAGE: Brew Ha Ha to display signage reminding guests to keep 6 ft. distance, wear masks, and to request sugar/stir sticks from barista.
