SERVICE FOOTPRINT: Our standard espresso bar requires 4 feet for the station. Donut station requires an additional 4 feet, plus a side/back prep table. Custom set-ups can be arranged for larger/smaller spaces.
POWER: Espresso machine requires a dedicated 20 amp circuit (110 or 220 volt). Power source should be within 20-30 feet of service area.
LOAD-IN: We require load-in to be available 60 minutes prior to service time. Early load-in requests will incur a fee.
DEPOSIT: 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Final payment must be received in full prior to service.
LOCATIONS SERVED: Brew Ha Ha travels to any event location and will either drive or ship our equipment from one of our hubs. Event locations further than 30 miles from Los Angeles or New York City will incur travel expenses. We have served all across the United States including CA, NV, NY, GA, FL, UT, NC, MN.
Health & Safety
COVID-19 COMPLIANCE: Brew Ha Ha puts your guests' health and our staff's health at utmost priority. We follow all CDC guidelines for COVID-19 compliance.
HYGIENE: All staff required to frequently wash hands when soap/water is available; abundance of hand sanitizers provided to staff when handwashing station not available/nearby.
CLEANING & DISINFECTING SURFACES: Brew Ha Ha staff cleans and disinfects surfaces every 30 minutes and/or during appropriate breaks during event service.
